What does monthly maintenance include?
The package includes monthly support hours for updates, backups, content changes and product entry. If a month needs more, extra hours are billed at the support rate.
Do you maintain sites you did not build?
Yes. We first review the site — versions, plugins, security and speed — and tell you what needs fixing before regular maintenance.
My site was hacked. What now?
Call us right away. We remove the malicious code, restore from a clean backup where possible, change credentials and close the hole the attacker used.
Why is my site slow?
Usually oversized images, too many plugins, a heavy theme or weak hosting. We measure where the time goes and fix what helps most.
Do you maintain web shops too?
Yes. We maintain WooCommerce shops: updates without interrupting sales, payment and shipping checks, product and sale entry.
